Bookings land in Outlook: A room booked in Deskdragon goes onto the organiser's calendar and invites the room, exactly as if it had been booked in Outlook.
Outlook bookings show on the map: A room booked straight in Outlook is picked up on the next sync and shown as busy on the floor plan.
Invitations with a calendar file: Invite teammates to a meeting and each gets an email with a calendar attachment, so it drops straight into Outlook.
Conflicts surfaced: If Exchange accepts two overlapping bookings, both organisers are emailed and the room shows the conflict until it is resolved.
