When a spreadsheet is still fine
If you have a handful of desks, everyone comes in on the same fixed days and nobody has ever turned up to find their desk taken, keep the sheet. A booking tool earns its keep once the office is shared: more people than desks, days that vary week to week, or more than one office to look after.

You can import your people from a CSV file and create desks in bulk, so the set-up is a matter of minutes rather than retyping. Send us your floor plan as a PDF and we draw it for you at no cost.
How long does set-up take?
Most offices are booking on the same day. Create the company with your work email, add a building and a floor, upload or draw the plan, and share the link. Colleagues sign in with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, so there are no accounts to create.
Do people need training?
No. Sign in, tap a desk, done. The agenda and floor plan work the same in the browser and in the iOS and Android apps.
