Calendar bookings show on the map: A room booked straight in Google Calendar is picked up on the next sync and shown as busy on the floor plan.
Invitations with a calendar file: Invite teammates to a meeting and each gets an email with a calendar attachment, so it drops straight into their calendar.
Conflicts surfaced: If the calendar accepts two overlapping bookings, both organisers are emailed and the room shows the conflict until it is resolved.
