Get an email as soon as a desk becomes available, whether someone cancels, shortens, or moves their booking. Click to book directly from the email.

Keeps working until you book

Missed the first opening? Your alert stays active and will notify you again the next time that desk or floor becomes available.

Desk or floor level

Set an alert for a specific desk, or for any desk on a floor. You will only receive one notification per opening, even if you have multiple alerts.

Check-in and accountability

Make sure desks are actually being used. Deskdragon can require users to check in when they arrive, and automatically free up desks when they don't.

QR code check-in

Display a QR code on a screen at the entrance of your building. Users scan it with their phone when they arrive to check in instantly.

Do you offer refunds?

How do the complimentary floorplan drawings work?
We'll draw all your floor plans at no cost. You just need to provide us with a PDF (or similar). If you'd like us to also link your desks to the floor plans, please indicate the desk labels on the PDF, or draw arrows to indicate in which order the desks should be labelled.
Do you offer discounts?

Can I pay via bank transfer?
