Can we draw the floor plans ourselves?

Yes. The floor plan editor lets you draw, drag, resize and rotate shapes, and trace over a background image. If you would rather not, send us a PDF and we'll draw your floor plans for you at no cost.

What happens when someone doesn't show up?

Turn on check-in for a building and a booking that is not checked in on time is released, so the desk goes back into the pool for someone else.

Can we reserve desks for specific people or teams?

Yes. Reserve a desk for a person or a team and only they can book it. Everything else stays in the shared pool.

Does it work across several offices and time zones?

Yes. Add as many buildings and floors as you need, each with its own time zone and booking settings.

How booking works

Your agenda shows your week at a glance. Pick a day, pick a desk, done.

Pick a day, pick a desk: The agenda has Day, Week and Month views and a day strip that runs from today. Deskdragon learns your usual hours, per building and even per weekday, and offers them as one-tap time pills.
Book straight from the floor plan: Choose a building and floor from the pill at the top, then tap a free desk. The same map switches between desks, rooms and parking.
Sit near your team: See who booked each desk and highlight where your teammates sit, so you can pick the desk next to them.
Filter by amenity: Link amenities to desks, such as a standing desk, dual monitors or a docking station, and filter the plan by what you need.
Book several days in one go: Select the days you plan to come in and confirm them together. Days that are blocked or full are shown before you submit.
Book on behalf of others: Admins can book for colleagues and visitors. Included in Plus and Premium.

Fewer empty desks and no-shows

Check-in by QR code: Colleagues scan the check-in code with their phone or type it in. Admins get a big display view for reception. Check-in can be switched on per building.
Automatic release: A booking that is not checked in during its window is released, so the desk is free for someone else.
Availability alerts: Watching a desk that is taken? An alert shows live availability and the mobile app sends a push notification the moment it frees up.
Live office map: A floor plan of who is in the office right now. Tap a free desk to book it for the rest of the day.
